Child Minding 

The YMCA offers Child Minding for ages 3 months to 12 years of age while parents or guardians are using the YMCA facility.

In the Dood Cristall Family YMCA, our child minding room is located next to the play structure.

Child Minding Rates

Child Minding drop-in rates are $7.00 per child each visit. Fees are paid at the member services desk or online and receipts are then presented to the child Minding room staff. 

Child Minding is available for up to two hours while parents/guardians use the YMCA facilities.

Times

Child Minding is offered during the following hours:

December 17th – January 8th:

• CLOSED

Beginning January 9th:

• Monday to Thursday evenings from 5:30—8:30
• Saturday from 9:00 am—1:00 pm

*Hours may change based on usage

Supplies Needed

Feel free to bring a small snack and a drink for your child.
*No peanut products please.

Activities

YMCA Child Minding staff will lead your child through games, crafts, stories, gym times and educational activities. YMCA Child Minding provides quality care for your children, so you can enjoy your time at the YMCA.
